Your daily work

As Sales Director for Sweden & Denmark, you will lead, coach, and inspire two national sales organizations – an established team in Denmark and a Sales Manager with a team in Sweden. You carry full responsibility for sales performance in both markets and will play a crucial role in building future growth.

Your leadership will balance the strategic and the hands-on: defining long-term sales strategies, ensuring profitable growth, and personally driving key account central negotiations at C-level. You will foster a high-performing sales culture, ensuring your teams feel engaged, empowered, and motivated to deliver results.

Close collaboration with Nordic and European colleagues within marketing, finance, and product development is essential, and you will frequently represent Unilin at industry events and customer meetings. Frequent travel within the Nordics and to Belgium, the United Kingdom/Ireland is part of the position.

Requirements for the role:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the Nordics
  • Solid B2B background, ideally from construction, building materials, or industrial sectors – flooring industry experience is a strong advantage
  • Experience leading multicultural sales teams and delivering results across markets
  • Strong commercial expertise in pricing, forecasting, and margin management
  • Proven track record of negotiating with senior decision-makers at C-level
  • Fluent in Swedish and English; Danish is a strong advantage
  • Deep understanding of both Swedish and Danish business cultures
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and develop people to their full potential
