Growth Marketing Manager

This is a consulting assignment via SalesOnly – Part of Wise for one of our clients, starting immediately or as agreed, and running for at least 12 months. Our client is on an exciting growth journey and is looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to help scale their business smartly.

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden (Hybrid possible)

About the Role
You will work closely with their marketing, sales, and product teams to drive measurable business impact while maintaining the brand’s values and vision. This is an excellent opportunity to own growth initiatives end-to-end and influence both strategy and execution.

What You Will Do
In this role, you will be responsible for building and optimizing the entire customer journey with a focus on sales, conversion, and profitable growth. Your responsibilities include:

  • Running digital campaigns across multiple channels (social media, search, SEO, email, landing pages, etc.) to increase customer acquisition, conversions, and upselling.
  • Conducting experiments and tests to identify new paths for faster growth, constantly adjusting strategy based on data insights.
  • Improving the customer journey by analyzing every touchpoint and creating a smoother path from first interaction to purchase and repeat business.
  • Collaborating closely with sales and product teams to ensure marketing initiatives drive the right business objectives and unlock new revenue opportunities.
  • Measuring and following up on results to clearly show where efforts have the greatest impact and where additional growth potential exists.
  • Mapping and optimizing the customer journey by analyzing the user experience and enhancing key touchpoints to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Working cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Continuously measuring campaign performance with various analytics tools and optimizing ROI.
  • Ensuring that all digital activities reflect the company’s values and vision, driving sustainable growth.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a growth or performance focus, preferably in B2B or SaaS.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with metrics such as CAC, LTV, MQL, and conversion rates.
  • Experienced with tools like Google Analytics, social media platforms, WordPress, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and able to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international, collaborative environment
